QEI conducted grade crossing surveying at various locations, acquired the necessary right of entry permits from IAIS, BNSF, all jurisdictional agencies, and private land owners and/or tenants, arranged for railroad flagging protection from IAIS and BNSF, and provided the required project management and administration of the work specific to the survey tasks.
QEI also performed a topographic survey of all surface features, including pavement, shoulders, ditches, fences, poles, entrances ground cover, right-of-way markers, property markers, crop lines, buildings, drainage structures, overhead utilities, and bridge elevations, if any, 1000 feet either side of the grade crossing. In addition, QEI contacted and coordinated with JULIE to provide all the underground utilities as marked by JULIE.
