QEI prepared Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Notice of Intent (NOI) Construction General Permit (CGP) documents for over 30 electrical power substation and transmission line projects. QEI inspected and monitored on-site erosion and sediment control Best Management Practices (BMPs) during construction and provided technical recommendations to construction contractors to ensure compliance with the SWPPP and EPA NPDES Stormwater CGP requirements.
