QEI completed tree identification surveys, wetland delineations, and an assessment of potential habitat for threatened and endangered species, including the Indiana bat (Myotis sodalis) and Northern Long-Eared bat (Myotis septentrionalis) on an approximately 20-acre project area. QEI prepared a Biological Memorandum and Wetland Tech Memorandum for coordination with resource and regulatory agencies and prepared erosion and sediment control plans. In addition, QEI identified potential Waters of the United States, completed the Floristic Quality Assessment (FQA), and prepared the Section 404 permit application.
