QEI coordinated and managed the pickup and disposal of chemical wastes and roadside debris at IDOT maintenance and storage yards and materials laboratories. QEI also served the purpose of IDOT’s Environmental System (EMS), which included training, IDOT site visits, and hazardous waste prep and disposal.
