QEI obtained, reviewed, and analyzed three years of historical crash data in the corridor, prepared summary exhibits, including GIS maps of crash types and severities, and identified trends and potential safety countermeasures. QEI also utilized the Interactive Highway Safety Design Model (IHSDM) to conduct predictive safety analysis for the No-Build and Build Alternatives for the project study area’s freeways, arterials, and intersections.
