Quigg Engineering Inc. has extensive experience in providing environmental expertise to our clients. Our staff brings more than 30 years of hands on work with Clean Water Act permits in such areas as the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permits and Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 Permits. Quigg Engineering's extensive experience with the NPDES Permits and regulations allow us to deliver a high quality training experience in the areas of permitting, erosion and sediment control, SWPPP preparation, and selection of BMP’s. QEI prepares and evaluates SWPPPs, conducts inspections for erosion and sediment control, prepares storm water ordinances, develops BMP inspection and maintenance guides, performs permit interpretation, represents clients with regulatory authorities and develops green infrastructure BMPs for clients. Our experience includes preparing all permits for a new subdivision in Winchester Illinois, NPDES inspections for the City of Belleville, Illinois, SWPPP evaluations for the Illinois Department of Transportation, preparation of an Erosion Control Field Inspection Manual for the Illinois Department of Transportation, preparing a Storm Water Ordinance for the City of Belleville, Illinois and providing erosion and sediment control training for consultants and contractors. |

Wetland Jurisdictional Analysis QEI was one of the first firms in Illinois to prepare a Wetland Jurisdictional Analysis utilizing the new regulations and guidance developed jointly by the Army Corps of Engineers and USEPA for Jurisdictional Determinations. QEI prepared a Jurisdictional Analysis Report to the St. Louis Army Corps of Engineers for a wetland identified on City of Belleville owned property. Our team can also prepare wetland mitigation analysis and wetland mitigation plans. |
