Bill Kenter runs Our Survey Department he is a P.L.S. having over 25 years of experience in different areas of Surveying.

Mike Matzke was added to our Engineering and Survey departments in November of 2008. Mike is a P.L.S. registered in Illinois and Iowa and brings 30 years of experience to Quigg Engineering.

Quigg Engineering Inc. is capable of doing Route and Land Surveys and Hydraulic Surveys with Total Stations and Global Positioning Systems and will soon be using Lidar Data for various Projects.
